HIEMT BODY CONTOURING TREATMENTS

HIEMT (High-Intensity Electromagnetic Muscle Training) treatment is a revolutionary new technology in the field of body contouring. The procedure uses electromagnetic pulses that induce supramaximal muscle contractions in the treated area. This intense muscle work increases muscle density and volume while reducing fat cells.

During the procedure, high-intensity electromagnetic pulses stimulate the muscles and induce powerful contractions that exceed those achieved during conventional exercise. This technology is particularly suitable for people who want to target specific areas of the body, such as the abdomen, thighs or buttocks.

  • Muscle Building: Electromagnetic stimulation strengthens and tones the muscles, supporting body contouring, muscle definition, muscle growth, muscle recovery and buttock lifting.
  • Fat Reduction: The treatment targets fat cells, helping to reduce localised fat deposits.
  • Fast Results: Visible improvements may be achieved in the targeted areas after only a few sessions.
  • Painless and Non-Invasive: The treatment involves no surgery or needles and requires no recovery time.

HIEMT treatment may be suitable for people who want to improve muscle tone and reduce body fat. It can be especially beneficial for:

  • Athletes and Fitness Enthusiasts: Those who want to increase their muscle mass and improve their performance.
  • People Seeking Fat Reduction and Body Contouring: People who want to reduce body fat and firm up their skin.
  • Postpartum Women: Those who want to restore the tone of their abdominal muscles and reduce postpartum fat deposits.
  • Postpartum Women: Those who need to strengthen their muscles and improve posture.
  • Older Adults: Those who want to maintain muscle mass and support healthy circulation.

Although HIEMT treatment is generally considered safe, it may not be recommended in certain cases:

  • During pregnancy
  • In the presence of a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device
  • If there are metal implants in the treatment area
  • In cases of severe cardiovascular conditions
  • In cases of epilepsy
  • If there are recent surgical scars in the treatment area
  • If there are active skin conditions in the treatment area

A HIEMT treatment session usually takes 30 minutes. A full treatment course generally lasts two to three weeks and consists of four to six sessions. A break of two to five days between sessions is usually recommended to allow the muscles to recover.

Foot Care & Pedicure

A pedicure involves caring for the feet and toenails, including shaping the nails, removing calluses, moisturising the feet and applying nail polish. During the treatment, various tools and techniques may be used, including precise aesthetic foot care, medical pedicure and professional machine pedicure, to help keep the feet healthy and well-groomed.

Regular pedicures are not only important for aesthetic reasons, but also play a crucial role in maintaining foot health. This foot care routine offers numerous benefits that contribute to everyday comfort and overall well-being.

  • Callus Removal During a pedicure, calluses and corns are professionally removed, which can cause significant pain and discomfort while walking.
  • Nail Health Regular, professional nail care and shaping help prevent nail fungus, ingrown nails, and other bacterial infections.
  • Circulation Improvement: The pampering refreshing treatment and massage stimulate blood circulation, which greatly contributes to leg health and relieves the feeling of heavy legs.
  • Stress Reduction: The relaxing, soothing effect of a pedicure helps reduce daily stress and improves overall well-being.
  • Hydration Moisturizing your feet prevents them from drying out, cracking, and peeling, which is especially important and critical during the cold winter months.

Therefore, a regular pedicure is not just a matter of beauty care, but also part of maintaining general health. It is worth seeking out a professional who performs foot care expertly and thoroughly.
